Sulaj made sure to arrive early to pick us up and promptly put our bags in the boot before checking we had our passports with us once we got in the car. The half an hour journey from Portishead to Bristol airport felt like nothing at all given how smooth the driving was as well as the flow of conversation. The transfer was much easier, comfier and cost effective for us and we would absolutely go with Taxi Transfer Solutions again

I used this company for the first time to get from Cardiff Central station to Bristol Airport. I managed to miss the train I was supposed to catch but contacted the driver immediately and he assured me he would meet me off the next train, no problem. He was waiting in the designated place he had indicated, including a photo of his car, and greeted me by name which was very reassuring. He was both friendly and helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, highly recommended.

I booked Taxi Transfer Solutions Ltd for a flying visit to Bath from Portugal. Bogdan picked us up very promptly from Bristol Airport having text us to let us know he was there and the details of his vehicle. He was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. He collected us the following day from a different address again very punctually. This was an important family trip for us and we were running to a very tight schedule so it was essential that the airport taxi transfers were reliable, which they were. I cannot fault Bogdan and would absolutely recommend his taxi services.

Airport to venue ok 65 quid , however we went to the wrong place (our fault) so needed to continue on 15 minutes and they charged us a further 45 quid hmmm. Return by uber going past our original mistake 45 quid.... So we paid Arrow over 100 quid... Over 60 quid more than uber... What a rip off.... Never again.

Taxi booked for early hours of the morning from CWL airport into Cardiff. Everything went according to plan. Messaged & texted as soon as we landed to inform us of whereabouts etc. Bogdan was brilliant - very professional and courteous .....went above and beyond ....even though there were a few changes to our schedule ie...having to stop off at A&E en route.
